Echo McDonough is an animal health industry leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning customer engagement, sales, commercial strategy, project and program management within veterinary diagnostics and services.
Her career has included leadership roles with two of the world's leading animal health and veterinary diagnostics organizations, where she has worked across commercial, technical and customer-facing teams to translate complex business needs into executable strategies and successful programs.
Echo brings a particular strength in connecting people and ideas—building trusted customer relationships, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating challenges, and creating the structure needed to move projects from concept through execution.
She holds a master's degree in Project Management from Northeastern University and brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution to every engagement.
